A bronze of ths work was made and was in the collection of Geoffrey and Gayle Cousins, NSW.

"Downhill in a secluded area, a superbly classical bronze sculpture by Robert Klippel stands framed within a grove of bamboo. It is not classical in subject matter or style, but profundly classical in its achievement of a sense of harmony through the satisfying relationship of all the parts. One wonders if the short horizontal at the base mathematically relates to the long vertical in terms of the golden mean, but suspects that the result has probably been achieved intutitively." Scarlett, Ken, Contemporary Sculpture in Australian Gardens 1993, p. 64, illus p.66.
